Don Perry is Bill in The Baby Shower (Season 2 Episode 10).

While flying back home from Buffalo, Jerry's plane goes through a blizzard and has to do an emergency landing.

The passenger next to Jerry offers his hand and says: «My name is Bill. I might be the last person you ever see».
